Can I return items?

All items are final sale and are non-refundable. Due to the sanitary aspect of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason then please write to us using either the contact form or emailing us ([email protected]) so that we can best resolve the issue.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous states.

 

When can I expect to receive my package?

We ship our orders via USPS. The current processing time is 1-5 days, and estimated delivery is within 2-8 days. Tracking numbers will arrive via email soon after your order has been placed.

 

What preservative is used?

Some of our products either contain water or will likely come in contact with water, so a preservative is used in order to preserve the products for a longer duration of time and prevent alterations. Since we are an all natural company, we use liquid germall plus: a natural, broad spectrum preservative.

 

Product Damages and Issues

Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at [email protected] with photos from your shipment.
